Changing the Game.

In the Sports Media major, you’ll develop and broaden your skills and understanding of the industry on the field, in the press box, and in the locker room at some of the nation’s biggest sporting events. Our hands-on approach to sports media provides you with a solid foundation in sports media production, writing, and multimedia storytelling.

You’ll have access to hands-on learning on day one in one of the richest sports cities in the world. Indianapolis plays home to the Indianapolis Colts, the Indiana Pacers, the Indy 500, the NCAA, and the Indiana Fever, just to name a few.

Experiential Learning

Sports Media majors can acquire valuable hands-on experience in live sports production through the CCOM Production Truck. It’s equipped with a robust network for live streaming, an integrated intercom system, broadcast cameras, an advanced multicam video switcher, and more.
