The Religious Leadership major equips students for diverse career paths, whether in religious vocation, ministry, nonprofit work, or any career that benefits from a deep understanding of humanity across faiths and cultures. With versatile electives in focus areas such as nonprofit management, counseling, social work, communications, and more, the Religious Leadership major provides the skills to lead in a variety of professional contexts. Butler’s religiously diverse, interfaith setting fosters curious, ethical, and open-minded leaders who think critically and compassionately.
